RETURN POLICY
1. No refunds; exchange or store credit only
2. Must present original receipt
3. Must be made within 5 days of purchase
4. Items must be new and in original packaging
5. All clearance/sale items are final
6. Store credit will be generated in the form of a receipt stating the amount which must be surrendered upon redemption
7. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash

11. Zambala, Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of a product at any time for any reason
ONLINE ORDERS

2. Customer must pay shipping costs to return item (insurance recommended)
3. Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery
4. Customer must contact us via email, fax, or phone to notify us of the return
5. Items must be new and in original packaging
6. All clearance/sale items are final
7. Store credit will be generated in the form of a receipt stating the amount which must be surrendered upon redemption
8. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash

12. Customer must contact us and send pictures within 5 days of delivery and notify us if the items are defective or were damaged during shipping
13. Defective or damaged items must be shipped back to us within the 5 days and upon delivery we may refund you the cost for shipping
14. Customer must email, fax or mail us a copy of the shipping receipt
15. A replacement item will be shipped to the customer at our expense
16. If a replacement item is unavailable a refund will be issued
17. All international orders are final
18. Zambala, Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of a product at any time for any reason
BACKORDERS
1. Backorders will be shipped once stock arrives
2. Customer is allowed to cancel backorders for a full refund
SPECIAL/ON-HOLD ORDERS
1. Special orders require a 50% down payment of the cost of the item
2. Special orders are not eligible for return
3. On-hold orders must be picked up within the agreed date
ANTIQUE DZI BEADS
1. Antique dzi beads have a lifetime satisfaction guarantee
2. May be returned at any time given the item is in original condition and has the original certificate of authenticity
3. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee of the original purchase price
